When a product has a LucidID, and the Brand for that product offers BudPoints as part of their consumer reward program, there are a few requirements for claiming the BudPoint reward for your purchased product.
- LucidIDs with BudPoints must be scanned using the LucidID App (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
- When scanning a LucidID with the LucidID App, location services must be enabled.
- LucidIDs must be scanned outside of a retail dispensary to enable BudPoint claiming. While you can scan a LucidID while in a retail dispensary, you won't be able to claim BudPoints until you leave the dispensary and scan the LucidID again.
- When available, a message will appear on your screen once you've scanned a LucidID. You must tap the "Claim Now" button in order to receive the BudPoints.
- BudPoints are only available to a single LucidID App account for each scanned product. If you've already claimed your BudPoints, or someone else scanned and claimed those BudPoints, you won't be able to claim them again. You will see a message at the top of the LucidID App indicating if you or someone else already claimed the BudPoints for that product.
If you have already followed the above steps and still cannot claim your BudPoints, please submit a Support Ticket and include clear, in-focus images of each LucidID in question.
