If you need to duplicate a lab analysis, follow the instructions here: Duplicating Lab Analyses
Lab Analyses can only be associated with a single Brand. If you want to reassign a Lab Analysis to another Brand (for example if your LIMS Integration delivers all COAs for multiple Brands into a single Brand in LucidSource), you must reassign the Lab Analysis into the target Brand. You can reassign a Lab Analysis as many times as you want, however re-assigned Lab Analyses can only be assigned to a single Brand (if you need multiple duplicate Lab Analyses, see Duplicating Lab Analyses), and you cannot re-assign a Lab Analysis to a target Brand if you have already duplicated that Lab Analysis to that target Brand.
You can only reassign a Lab Analysis if it has not yet been Approved (i.e. it is in Awaiting Review status). In order to reassign an approved Lab Analysis, first un-approve it. Since approving a Lab Analysis will create a Digital COA that is then automatically assigned to an existing Batch or a newly created Batch, when un-approved the Digital COA and associated Batch will remain under the original Brand (but will be disconnected from the Lab Analysis). You can remove the original Digital COA and Batch as long as they weren’t used for generating LucidIDs.
Upon rassignment, Lab Analysis will be moved to the target Brand and will no longer be assigned to the original Brand.
