LucidRetail: How to Configure InventoryAI

This article will go over how to configure your InventoryAI settings using the LucidRetail web console found at retail.lucidgreen.io.

Note: Your account must have the appropriate dispensary permissions set to be able to configure InventoryAI for your dispensary. Reach out to your company admin to enable this permission if you should have this capability. 1. After logging into to your LucidRetail web console, scroll down on the menu at the left side of the screen until you see "Dispensaries":
   
   
   
   
2. Here you will see all dispensaries your user account has permissions for:
   
   
   
   
3. Select the dispensary you would like to configure and click on "Configure InventoryAI for Dutchie/Treez":

4. Here you can enable or disable what information InventoryAI will import into your POS system, or customize when and how it gets imported:
   
   

Important Notes

• InventoryAI settings should be configured before importing CaseIDs to avoid any unwanted changes
• InventoryAI must be configured for each dispensary individually
