If you are unable to scan the LucidIDs on your products when using the LucidID Mobile App, please try the following:
- Please make sure you are using the latest version of the LucidID mobile app, and have given access to the camera in your phone's settings
- In some cases only the front facing camera will work to scan codes, in the event his happens, please try the following:
- Force close the LucidID mobile app
- Go to your phone settings
- Go to the LucidID App
- Toggle camera access off and back on
- Restart the app and review any application access prompts that come up
- In some cases only the front facing camera will work to scan codes, in the event his happens, please try the following:
- With the LucidID mobile app installed, you can use your mobile phone camera app to scan the code and it will open the code in the LucidID mobile app, When using your phone camera, you can use the zoom feature to enlarge the QR code on the screen to help your camera recognize the code
- Please make sure that no overhead lights are creating reflections or shadows on the LucidID while trying to scan.
- In the event that none of the above works or the LucidIDs are damaged and un-scannable, please submit a Support Ticket and include clear, in-focus images of each LucidID you are unable to scan and our support team will assist with adding the point values to your account.
