These settings require administrative access to the printer driver, local administrator access is typically the lowest level of access that allows this.
- On Windows, open Settings
- Go to Printers & Scanners
- Select the Zebra printer
- (If necessary, select the button to change settings that are grayed out, requires admin access)
- Go to Printer Properties
- Go to the Stocks Tab
- Under the Stocks tab select New
- In the dialog box that opens enter a name for the new stock (I recommend the actual dimensions or stock name)
- Set the speed and darkness if necessary
- Set the label dimensions
- Make sure the unprintable area is 0.0 for all sides unless a border is specifically required
- Hit Ok on the dialog box
- You should now see a new stock option in the Defined Stocks menu
- Repeat steps 8 through 14 for all stock sizes
- Hit Ok to close out of the Printer Properties window
- Repeat steps 3 through 14 for additional printers
- Restart any open applications that have print dialogs, such as Adobe Acrobat
After all the new stock sizes have been added, the printing process in Adobe Acrobat is largely the same, the only change is instead of going to Properties after selecting the printer, you can now hit the Page Setup button in the bottom left corner and select the page size from the drop down list:
