If you click on the “Alerts” tab, it will show you any discrepancies in your report. In the top section, you can reconcile these issues.
The discrepancy seen below is having LucidIDs that were scanned both individually and via CaseID. To ensure that LucidIDs are not double counted, you select which count should be excluded.
If you scroll down on the same “Alerts” tab, it will show you the bottom section which has the resolved discrepancies in your report. You may have the option to undo the resolution.
