Received Inventory Scanning: Creating a Virtual Manifest

This article goes over the steps of creating a virtual manifest using the Received Inventory Scanning feature on the LucidRetail mobile app.

Note: These steps should be performed before the inventory has been received in your Track-and-trace and Retail POS system.

1. Open LucidRetail Mobile on your phone or tablet
2. Tap the "Received Inventory Scanning" menu option on the home screen
   
    
3. Ensure the correct dispensary is selected and then tap the "Create Virtual Manifest" button
   
4. Enter the Shipping Manifest ID, which will be used to track and find this received inventory in LucidRetail if needed, and tap "Create Virtual Manifest" button
   
5. Scan of the CaseID received in the order, then tap the "Finish Scanning" button. If any CaseIDs are missed, you can always scan additional ones into the Virtual Manifest later.
    
6. When scanning CaseIDs is complete, you will then see the Virtual Manifest Details screen, which will contain all Packages organized similarly to the printed manifest. Each package will either have a distributor provided Package UID, or may have an "Assign Package UID" button if a Package UID wasn't pre-loaded on the CaseIDs.
   

7. When the Package UIDs are verified (or entered using the "Assign Package UID" button), you can tap the Done button to submit the Virtual Manifest for processing.
