If you have not created a virtual manifest yet, please follow the steps in this article first: Received Inventory Scanning: Creating a Virtual Manifest
- Navigate to the LucidRetail web portal by going to retail.lucidgreen.io and login to your account
Note: You must have company admin permissions to see virtual manifests on the web portal - Click on Virtual Manifests on the sidebar:
- Here you will see all virtual manifests:
Note: If your account has access to multiple dispensaries, this view will default to show manifests for all dispensaries. You can select a specific dispensary from the drop down menu by clicking on "All Dispensaries v" near the top of the page.
- This is where you will see the details of your virtual manifest:
You can also sort by CaseIDs: - If you need to split the CaseIDs to assign them to different line items on your manifest, follow these steps:
- Click on the checkbox to the left of the CaseID(s) you want to split
- After all CaseIDs you need to split are selected, click on "Split CaseIDs"
Note: This is only needed if package UIDs have not been assigned to each individual CaseID
- For example: You received multiple CaseIDs of the same packaged product, but they have a different package UID and line item for each CaseID on the physical manifest. If all CaseIDs grouped together on the virtual manifest, you would split them into different line items to be able to assign the correct package UIDs to each CaseID.
- To assign or un-assign package UIDs
- Assign package UID:
- Click on "Add package UID":
- Scan or type in the package UID and then click "Assign":
Note: The package UID is usually the Metrc uid or Biotrack uin.
- Click on "Add package UID":
- Un-assign package UID:
- Next to the package UID, click on "Un-Assign Package UID":
- Next to the package UID, click on "Un-Assign Package UID":
- Assign package UID:
- Add CaseIDs (either by scanning or manual entry):
-
-
- From the CaseIDs page, click on "Add CaseID" at the bottom of the page:
- Scan or type in the CaseID, then click "Add CaseID":
- From the CaseIDs page, click on "Add CaseID" at the bottom of the page:
-
-
- From here you can also:
- Change the manifest ID
- Delete the virtual manifest
- See the expiration date on all line items, with soon to be expiring or expired product highlighted in red
- Remove CaseIDs
Now you can go to your inventory terminal to ingest the CaseIDs from the virtual manifest by follow the steps in this article: Received Inventory Scanning: Ingesting CaseIDs from a Virtual Manifest
