This article goes over the steps of creating a virtual manifest using the Received Inventory Scanning feature on the LucidRetail mobile app.
Note: These steps can be performed even before the inventory has been received in your regulator UID (Biotrack, Metrc) and POS/inventory systems (Treez, Dutchie).
- Open your LucidRetail mobile app on your phone or tablet
- Sign in if needed
- Select "Received Inventory Scanning":
- Ensure the correct dispensary is selected and then click on " Create Virtual Manifest":
- Enter the manifest ID in the field. This can be done by typing it in or scanning using a scanner connected by cable or wirelessly. Then click on "Create Virtual Manifest":
- Scan the CaseIDs included on the manifest:
- When all CaseIDs are scanned, click on "Finish Scanning":
- Here you can see the state of the manifest:
Note: The virtual manifest with note if a CaseID has already been imported as seen in the picture below:
This would mean you will not be able to import this CaseID into your POS/Inventory system. You can reject this package as seen in the optional step below. You will still have to reject this package in your regulator ID system.
Note: The expiration date of the product will display in the product details. The text will change color depending on how close it is to the expiration date.-
- Red - expired or will expire within 3 months
- Yellow - will expire within 6 months
- Green - expiration date is beyond 6 months away
-
- When all the CaseIDs on the manifest are scanned, you can complete it by clicking "Done":
- Your virtual manifest has been saved!
- Be sure to review your virtual manifest and adjust if needed: Received Inventory Scanning: Viewing and Adjusting a Virtual Manifest on the LucidRetail Mobile App
- If your LucidRetail account is marked as a company admin, you can also view the virtual manifest using the LucidRetail Web Portal. Follow the instructions here: Received Inventory Scanning: Viewing and Adjusting a Virtual Manifest on the LucidRetail Web Portal
