If you have not created a virtual manifest yet, please follow the steps in this article first: Received Inventory Scanning: Creating a Virtual Manifest
Note: This step should be done after the order has been received in your regulator UID (Metrc, BioTrack, etc.) system and inventory system (Dutchie, TREEZ, etc.). Screenshots will be with Dutchie, but the LucidRetail LITE steps will be the same across all platforms.
- After you have received the order with your regulator UID and inventory systems, you can start to ingest CaseIDs from the virtual manifest. Click on an inventory record associated with the manifest ID:
- Click on the CaseID button near the upper right corner of the page:
- In the window that pops up, you will see the virtual manifest with matching unassociated CaseIDs:
You can also click "All Unassociated CaseIDs" to see all the CaseIDs on the virtual manifest
Note: If needed, here you can scan or manually enter any CaseIDs not on the virtual manifest that need to be added to this inventory record - Click import on all the CaseIDs you want to import into this inventory record:
Note: Each page will show up to 10 CaseIDs. Use the numbers or "Next" and "Prev" buttons at the bottom to navigate between pages of CaseIDs if there are more than 10.
- After the first CaseID is imported, the layout of the LucidRetail LITE window will show the product information:
To continue importing, click on "Matching Unassociated CaseIDs" to import the remaining CaseIDs. Additionally, you can scan or manually enter CaseIDs as needed.
- This is what the LucidRetail LITE window will look like after all CaseIDs have been imported from the virtual manifest:
- Repeat this process for all remaining line items on the manifest.
