To sign-in with appropriate code, go to the right of the task bar and select the LucidRetail LITE icon
Click "sign-in with code", and enter the appropriate case sensitive code provided to you by your Lucid Green retail rep, via the pre- and/or post-installation email.
Once signed in for the first time, refresh your POS system, and the LRL icon will appear at the top of the inventory page
After the first sign-in, the LucidRetail LITE icon should stay embedded into the POS system, unless uninstalled.
Each retail location is provided with two sign-in codes to be used while using LucidRetail LITE. One sign-in code will be used for inventory intake devices, the other for POS that can also be used for fulfillment/delivery/online order devices.
Each username associated with sign-in codes will be labeled either Inventory or POS, (i.e. Retail Location-LRL-Inventory/ Retail Location-LRL-POS)
At the bottom left corner of the LucidRetail LITE window, you can see the version number
If you see a red outline around the LucidRetail LITE icon at the top of your page:
This means there is newer version of LucidRetail LITE is available. Here are instructions to update LucidRetail Lite:
