Finding and Creating Sign-in Codes for LucidRetail LITE

A Sign-in code is used by LucidRetail LITE to sign into your company's account on a particular LRL Browser Extension installation.

Each dispensary location should use its own Sign-in Code, however all of the terminals within a specific Dispensary location can use the same Sign-in Code.

To retrieve a Sign-in Code:

1. Navigate to the "LucidRetail LITE Sign in Codes" menu on the left nav of LucidRetail: https://retail.lucidgreen.io/accounts/sign-in-codes/
2. Find the Sign-in Code for your specific dispensary location

To create a new Sign-in Code:

1. Click the "Generate New Sign in Code" button on the top-right of the Sign In Codes page
2. Select a user to assign to the new Sign-in Code. Note that the user selected should be a specific user set up for only use with Sign-in Codes (not a normal user).
3. Select the Default Dispensary to assign to the Sign-in Code. This should match the Dispensary location where the Sign-in Code will be used.
