Install TestFlight
Step 1: Send us a list of your Apple Account emails
In order to get access to our pre-release apps, if our support team recommends using one of them to address a bug prior to a full release version of the app, we will need the email tied to the Apple App Store Account that is set up on your iOS devices (iPhone/iPad). That account will then be invited to use one or more of our Apps via TestFlight.
To find the email associated with your Apple App Store account:
- On one or more iOS devices, open Settings.
- Tap your name/photo at the very top of the screen.
- Your Apple Account email is shown just under your name (it looks like you@example.com).
- Send us that email address when requested via our support system.
