Installing a LucidRetail LITE Custom Test Build

This article explains how to install a custom LucidRetail LITE test build provided by the LucidGreen support team. Follow the steps below to get the test build up and running in your browser.

1. In Chrome, click the three-dot menu icon in the navigation bar. From the dropdown menu, go to Extensions, then select Manage Extensions. The Extensions page will open.

   

2. Turn on Developer mode in the top-right corner of the Extensions page.

   

3. Drag and drop the LucidRetail LITE CRX file provided by the LucidGreen support team into the Extensions page.

   

4. The LucidRetail LITE test build should now be installed. Click the Extensions icon in the navigation bar, then select LucidRetail LITE.

   

5. The LucidRetail LITE panel will open. 

   1. Verify the version number shown in the bottom-right corner and confirm that it matches the test build version provided to you.
   2. Sign in using your sign-in code.

   

6. Once signed in, navigate to your POS system. You should see the LucidRetail LITE logo with a green checkmark, indicating a successful installation.
