In the event the CaseID sticker is missing or damaged and the
8 digit code unable to be read for manual entry, follow these steps
to find the CaseID.
- Open the LucidRetail mobile app on your phone or tablet and select "Quick Scan"
- Scan a LucidID that is inside the package with the missing or illegible CaseID and scroll down until you see the CaseID that the LucidID is assigned to
- Take note of the CaseID so it can be manually entered in the LucidRetail LITE extension to be able to ingest the CaseID
