This article shows you how to find your device ID in the LucidRetail mobile app. This might be requested by your support agent to assist with diagnosing an issue with the app.
Click on the hamburger menu (three lines icon) in the upper left corner of the app:
At the bottom of the menu the opens, you will see your device ID:
You can either send a screenshot of this, or if you click on the device ID, it will copy it to your clipboard so it can be pasted in your email or support ticket.
