LucidRetail Web: How to View the COA Digital Archive

This article will go over how to view all the digital COAs for products that you have imported into your POS system on LucidRetail LITE.

Navigate to the LucidRetail Web portal at retail.lucidgreen.io and login with your account.

Scroll down on the blue menu on the left side and click on "COA Digital Archive":

Here you will see a list of all the digital COAs:

1. If you have access to multiple locations in LucidRetail, you can select which location you want to filter by from the drop down menu that appears from clicking the down arrow. If you only have access to one location, that will automatically be selected for you.
2. You can search for the product or batch you want to see the digital COA for in the search menu.
3. Clicking on the batch will bring you to the digital COA:
   
   
   
   Here you can download a printable version of the COA and also view all the available lab results for the product by scrolling down on this page.
