Use the following steps to add a new user to your dispensary in LucidRetail on the web portal:
- First, navigate to LucidRetail at retail.lucidgreen.io
- Click on “Team Members”
- Click on “Add Team Member” that is placed on the top right corner of your screen
- Input required information: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Timezone. If the user is a company admin, check off the box to create an admin user:
- Click “Add Team Member”
- Set the dispensary permissions for the user:
To edit these permissions later, follow the steps outline here: LucidRetail: Managing a User's Dispensary Permissions
- The new team member will receive an email inviting them to LucidRetail
