LucidRetail Web: How to find Sign-in Codes for LucidRetail LITE

This is how you can find your LucidRetail LITE sign-in codes using the LucidRetail web portal at retail.lucidgreen.io

NOTE: You must sign in with a company admin account to be able to see this information. If you are not a company admin, please contact a company admin to get your sign-in code.

Scroll down on the blue menu on the left hand side and click on "LucidRetail LITE Sign-in Codes":

Here you will see a list of all the sign-in codes available for your company:

You can filter by location using the drop down menu by clicking on "All Dispensaries" at the top of the page.

You can also search for locations using the search bar.

While you can generate new sign-in codes, we do not recommend doing so. Please reach out to support at retailsupport@lucidgreen.io to have new sign-in codes generated for your locations. This should only be done for new dispensaries.
