LucidRetail: How to Manage POS Locations

This is how to manage your POS locations using the LucidRetail web portal at retail.lucidgreen.io

NOTE: You must sign in with a company admin account to be able to see this information. If you are not a company admin, please contact a company admin to mange your POS location.

Managing your POS locations is important for when a dispensary is migrating, or your POS instance is changing (new POS location, getting a new URL/server, etc.).

Scroll down on the blue menu on the left side and click on "POS Locations:

Here you will see a list of all the POS locations that LucidRetail LITE detected. Next to each POS location, you can see if it is assigned to a dispensary, and which dispensary it is assigned to.

You can search for a POS location in the search bar and have it match any POS location, or only the POS locations that are unassigned dispensary:

To assign a POS location to a dispensary, click on "Edit POS Locations" in the upper right corner:

Each POS location will now have a drop down menu of available dispensaries to be assigned to:

You can assign multiple POS locations at once if needed. When you are done, you can click on "Exit Edit Mode" in the upper right corner:

If you assign a location the incorrect dispensary, you can always go back into edit mode and select the correct dispensary, or select the blank line to keep that POS location unassigned:
