Here are the instructions for editing a user in the LucidRetail web portal:
Note: That can only be done by company admin users.
- Navigate to retail.lucidgreen.io on your web browser and login.
- On the sidebar, scroll down and click on "Team Members" under "Company Settings"
- All users for your company will be displayed. You can select the user you want to edit from the list, or search for them:
- Click on "Edit" next to the user to bring up the user details:
- Here you can edit the name, email, and timezone for the user. You can also change the admin status of the user.
Important: Only make authorized users an admin. - You can click "Save Team Member" or "Cancel editing team member" to return to the list of users.
