Assigning Custom Templates

Custom Templates need to be assigned to products in the system before they are available for printing from Lucid Source.

Custom Templates are Brand specific, if you do not see any Custom Templates available for assignment, please contact our support team for assistance

How to assign a custom template to a product.

• Go to Products in Lucid Source
• 
• Search for the Product

• 

• Open the product page in Lucid Source

• 

• Click on the Custom Templates tab

• 

• Scroll down and select 'Add Custom Template'

• 

• From the drop down list of available Custom Templates, select the correct template for this product. (You can use the search bar at the top of the drop down list to search by name)

• 

• After selecting the correct Custom Template, click the 'Save' button

• 

• You will now see the Custom Template associated with the product

• 

• You can repeat these steps to add additional Custom Templates to a product
• If you need to associate CaseID Custom Templates with a product, please select the CaseID Templates tab and follow the same steps.
