- Before scanning in a CaseID, you must still receive inventory the same way you have always done it, by accepting the order in both your state's track-and-trace system (Metrc or Biotrack) where applicable and Dutchie.
- Once you have received the inventory into Dutchie, you will navigate to the inventory page and select the package you want to scan CaseIDs into.
- Once you select the package, you will see the CaseID icon embedded into the product page on the upper right corner.
- Click the CaseID icon and the CaseID Import Screen will appear with another CaseID icon stating “To import LucidIDs, scan a CaseID with your USB scanner” or Click “manually input” to enter the case sensitive short code.
Note: The last 8 digits of the CaseID UID are physically displayed on the actual CaseID for reference
- If the information is correct then you can click “Import CaseID”
If the info is incorrect you can click “Don’t import CaseID"
- Once imported, the Packaged Product Details Screen will appear within the Dutchie page. At the top, a green bar will state “CaseID was scanned successfully”, along with other product information
Note: The expiration date is called out at the top. It will highlight the date in yellow if the expiration date is within 6 months and highlight in red if the expiration date is within 3 months or already expired.
This screen can be closed by clicking the “X” or close icon on the top right. This screen will always be accessible by clicking the CaseID button.
