In the event of a service interruption, you can manually add items to your cart without the need to print labels for scanning.
Manually Adding Items to a Standard Cart
Click on "Add items":
Search for the item you want to add:
You will see a red warning informing you that this package uses LucidIDs and requires scanning. You can also adjust the quantity of this product you wish to add to cart (this can also be adjusted in the cart as seen above).
When ready, click "Add to Cart" and you will see this message:
When you return to the cart, you will see your newly added item highlighted in red with a red "X" as well indicating a LucidID is expected to be scanned for this line item:
Go to the “Checkout” section of this article for the remaining steps.
Manually Adding Items to a Fulfillment Cart
In a fulfillment cart, click on "Add items":
Search for the item you wish to add, adjust the requested quantity, and click on "Add to Cart":
When you have added all your items, click on "Submit fulfillment order":
From here, your inventory team can select the order to fulfill it from the vault and click on "Assign Package":
There will be a message informing that packages that use LucidIDs must be scanned into the cart with a LucID icon to indicate which packages these are. Adjust the quantity then click "Assign":
Skip scanning the LucidIDs and save the order:
The order can now be selected by the budtender to complete the sale. Go to the “Checkout” section of this article for the remaining steps.
Checkout
When you click the checkout button while a line item is highlighted in red, you will see the following message:
If you proceed to checkout without scanning the LucidIDs then Dutchie will still deduct the correct number of products matching the value before the + sign:
IMPORTANT: The LucidIDs associated with those products will not be marked as sold and will not reflect in your LucidRetail sell through reports.
After clicking "Checkout without Scanning LucidIDs", you can checkout as normal:
