After a CaseID is scanned into an inventory record, team members can search for the product by scanning a LucidID into the search bar:
NOTE: You will briefly see a URL as in the picture below, but LucidRetail LITE will convert that to the associated package ID as seen in the next picture
Note: This is also a good way to ensure that the collection ID is populating the Package ID field, therefore allowing for the LucidID to be recognized by the POS system. This also allows you to proactively identify any potential brand errors from the outset, should they arise
