When contacting us for support, it is important to include the Installation ID of LucidRetail LITE on the device were you are experiencing the issue. If multiple devices are experiencing the same issue, you only need to send the Installation ID of the device that most recently experienced it.
Steps to Locate the Installation ID
Click on the LucidRetail LITE icon next to your extension icon of your browser:
Note: If the LucidRetail LITE icon is not next to your search bar, click on the puzzle piece to display your installed extensions, then click on "LucidRetail LITE".
The Installation ID is at the bottom of the windows that pops out when you click this icon.
This can either be sent as a screenshot, a picture from your phone, or by copy and pasting into your ticket submission form or email to retailsupport@lucidgreen.io.
Important: Sending the Installation ID at the time you are submitting a ticket or emailing retailsupport@lucidgreen.io about an issue will help us to diagnose and find a resolution to your issue faster.
